NEO is a bipedal humanoid robot developed by 1X. It is designed to look and move like a human, featuring a head, torso, arms, and legs. NEO can perform a wide range of tasks, excelling in industrial sectors like security, logistics, manufacturing, operating machinery, and handling complex tasks. It is also envisioned to provide valuable home assistance and perform chores like cleaning or organizing.
NEO's soft, tendon based design is meant to have very low inertia, intended to work in close proximity to humans. It will weigh 30 kilograms, with a 20 kilogram carrying capacity. 1X hopes for Neo to be "an all-purpose android assistant to your daily life."
