Changes

LASER Robotics seems to be founded by people from USC's Dynamic Robotics and Control Laboratory. They have a small .85m tall humanoid called [[HECTOR v2V2]] with open source control and simulation software aimed at research.<ref>https://laser-robotics.com/hector-v2/</ref>
