Punyo is a soft robot developed by the Toyota Research Institute (TRI) to revolutionize whole-body manipulation research. Unlike traditional robots that primarily use hands for manipulation, Punyo employs its arms and chest. The robot is designed to help with everyday tasks, such as lifting heavy objects or closing a drawer.
